Project Spotlight: Seamless Coastal Luxury at Martha Cove

There is nothing quite like the crisp, calming aesthetic of a peninsula ensuite. We are thrilled to share a look inside our recently completed Martha Cove project, where the primary ensuite has been transformed into a masterclass in modern coastal design.

For this project, the goal was to create a space that felt open, warm, and highly functional. The standout feature? The custom double vanity, beautifully finished in Polytec Coastal Oak.

Why We Chose Polytec Coastal Oak

Coastal Oak has quickly become a favourite for Mornington Peninsula homes, and it’s easy to see why. It offers:

• Natural Warmth: The fine, subtle wood grain mimics natural timber perfectly, bringing an organic, soft texture into a space dominated by tiles and stone.

• Unmatched Durability: Because quality is never an afterthought, Polytec was the perfect choice for a high-moisture environment, ensuring these clean lines will stand the test of time.

The Details That Matter

To complement the warmth of the cabinetry, we paired the vanity with a minimalist stone top, undermount basins, and contemporary fixtures. True to the Bay Kitchens philosophy, the focus was on thoughtful storage—ensuring the vanity eliminates clutter completely to maintain that serene, resort-like feel every single day.

From the precise grain alignment to the spotless hand-off, this Martha Cove ensuite embodies what we love to do: delivering craftsmanship without compromise.
